I have been thinking lately of the song - "Storms go Away." This song is beautiful.
It starts off :
"I'll never forget that dark night at sea, The stars hid their faces, there was no hope for me, the waves lashed the boat, it was tearing apart. The wins howled "It's Over," fear gripped my heart."
Then it goes on to say:
"Where did the wind go, who stopped the rain. I only remember just whispering His name. So the storms don't decide how long they will stay. When the Master says "That's enough," they just go away."
The words to this song are just so lovely. It is truly amazing how music can be a metaphor to an individual's life. It is even more amazing that as we feel the love of God, we are able to put into words are deepest feelings to the One who gives and takes away.
I love the Lord and I am thankful that the storms go away.
With Love,
Gabby
I love the Lord and I am thankful that the storms go away.
But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him! - Matthew 8:27
With Love,
Gabby
